Refunds Policy

Refunds are accepted only for billing errors. To be eligible for a refund you must notify us by e-mail within 3 (three) days of the payment date. Once we review your claim we will notify you within 3 (three) days. If you qualify for a refund, we will refund your card (or original method of payment). You will receive your refund within 30 days, depending on your cards issuers policies.
